Registration for YMUNE occurs on our registration platform, at registration.ymuneurope.org

Yes, individual delegates come from all around the world. In that case, your delegation size would just be one person.

Yes, in either case the delegation fee applies even if your delegation consists of only one member.

There is no limit to how many delegates a delegation can bring. Please bring as many as you would like.

Unfortunately, this year we are hosting all of our committees in person in Geneva, Switzerland.

No, delegates at YMUNE come from every corner of the world! This enriches the diversity of perspectives and is one of our main values.
Conference

YMUNE provides delegates the unique opportunity to engage with peers from all over the world, consider complex and important global issues, and experience a beautiful country in Europe.
Highlights of YMUNE XIV include:
A wide variety of small-sized committees with topics covering every area of interest that are chaired by Yale students
A guest speaker panel with renowned politicians and diplomats
A student panel run by Yale students discussing international relations, Yale college life, etc.

YMUNE nearly every year takes place in a different European country. This year, it will be taking place in Geneva, Switzerland, which may mean that you will need a visa in order to attend.
Citizens of EU and EFTA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) member states do not require a visa to enter Switzerland.
If you come from another country, whether or not you need a visa depends on your nationality. Please check the following list, provided by the State Secretariat for Migration.

YMUNE XIV will be taking place in Geneva, Switzerland at the renowned InterContinental hotel, on March 14-16, 2025.
Since YMUNE changes location nearly every year, we cannot provide information regarding the conference’s location or dates for 2026.
