We have put in a lot of effort into incorporating more flexibility with our payment plans to ensure that delegates can register stress-free. The standard registration policy of YMUNE XVI is as follows:

Early Registration: You must pay only 60% of your total fees by October 30, 2026 to take advantage of the early registration rates. You can pay the remaining balance by November 22, 2026. If the remaining balance hasn’t been paid by that date, regular registration fees will apply. In simpler words, if you pay 60% of your fees by October 30, you will receive a two-week grace period from the original deadline of November 8.
