Yes! In the following paragraphs, you’ll find more detailed information on payment deadlines to take the most advantage of different discounted fees.
We have put in a lot of effort into incorporating more flexibility with our payment plans to ensure that delegates can register stress-free. The standard registration policy of YMUNE XVI is as follows:
Early Registration: You must pay only 60% of your total fees by October 30, 2026 to take advantage of the early registration rates. You can pay the remaining balance by November 22, 2026. If the remaining balance hasn’t been paid by that date, regular registration fees will apply. In simpler words, if you pay 60% of your fees by October 30, you will receive a two-week grace period from the original deadline of November 9.
Regular registration: The delegation fee serves as a deposit due in two weeks from your date of registration to hold your spot. If you pay 70% of your fees by January 1, 2027, you won’t be charged a late fee in case you miss the January 15 deadline. If the remaining balance hasn’t been paid by February 1, you will be charged a late fee.
Late fees: In case you have incurred a late fee penalty, it will be applied as an additional charge to the regular registration fees. However we only accept payments until February 14, 2027. If you don’t pay all fees by that date without having reached out to us, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.
If you foresee experiencing any problems with the payment process, please contact us! We are happy to offer a payment plan tailored to your specific needs and cycles.
-
Yes! YMUNE XVI is committed to making the payment process as stress-free as possible. Therefore, we are happy to work with you and come up with a payment plan that accommodates your needs. Payment plans would include installments of your fees on specific dates instead of paying the whole sum in full.
When you might need a plan and should talk to us:
You foresee that you can’t make payments on time but still want to show that you’re committed to attending.
You’ve made some payment but there’s a circumstance that prevents you from submitting the remaining balance on time.
Other personal reasons, which should be communicated to us in advance.
If you need to talk to us and would like to take advantage of a personalized payment plan, reach out to reach out to intl.recruitment@ymuneurope.org, euro.recruitment@ymuneurope.org, or operations@ymuneurope.org.
